    Job Description:

    We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing positive relationships with current members, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering personalized support to exceed their expectations at every turn.

    Responsibilities:

    • Foresee client needs and provide proactive solutions and suggestions to enhance their experience (retention).
    • Act as the main point of contact for existing customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized assistance.
    • Engage proactively with customers to grasp their needs, preferences, and challenges, and tailor solutions to enhance their experience.
    • Execute retention strategies to reduce customer turnover and boost customer lifetime value.
    • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback for improvement opportunities, and enhance service delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure smooth customer experiences aligned with their needs.
    • Monitor customer accounts and key performance metrics such as retention rates, customer satisfaction scores, and customer lifetime value.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to better serve customers and identify growth prospects.
    • Engage in substantial phone-based interactions (5-7 hours daily) to enhance member retention and satisfaction levels.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar capacity.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric problem-solving approach.
    • Proficiency in analyzing data, deriving insights for decision-making, and achieving results.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM (Keap) software.
    • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
    • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Proven track record in managing high-volume phone communications to drive member retention and satisfaction objectives.
    • Capability to establish a department from the ground up.
