    Assistant General Manager

    An exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growing company. As an Assistant General Manager at Roots Natural Kitchen, you will oversee the front of house or back of house operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and fostering a positive work environment.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for:

    • Leading by example, mastering all functional positions within your segment, and training others to do the same
    • Executing shifts with a focus on creating amazing customer and employee experiences
    • Completing and overseeing all day-to-day administrative tasks
    • Promoting the Roots culture actively to the entire crew
    • Ensuring all new employees meet our character standards through the interview process and providing thorough orientation

    Key Skills and Experience

    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
    • Prior management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
