    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Disziplinarische Führung und Steuerung des Teams Project Management
    • Multi-Projektmanagement für anspruchsvolle Produktentwicklungen im Umfeld der internationalen Luftfahrt und Satellitenkommunikation
    • Koordination und Abwicklung der Qualitäts-, Entwicklungs-, Zeit-, Ressourcen- und Budgetziele
    • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Steuerung der Qualitäts-, Entwicklungs-, Zeit- und Budgetziele
    • Betreuung der Projekte von der Projektplanungsphase bis zum erfolgreichen Serienstart
    • Koordination der Entwicklungsressourcen über sämtliche aktiven Projekte
    • Direktreport an den technischen Geschäftsführer
    • Schnittstellenkoordination in Richtung Kunde als auch in die interne Organisation, Projektdokumentation und Reporting
    • Unterstützung des Bereichs Business Development während der Projektinitiierungsphase
    • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
    • Mehrjährige Projektmanagementerfahrung, vorzugsweise für Entwicklungsprojekte im Bereich Satellitenkommunikation der Luftfahrt, im Antennen- oder Automobilbereich
    • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung und Zertifizierung als Projektmanager (bspw. IPMA oder PMI)
    • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und MS-Project
    • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen ins Ausland
    • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
    • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
