- As the pharmacy manager, you will assist in developing and administrating departmental policies and procedures, developing and implementing quality assurance standards and performance improvement activities
- You may occasionally function as a pharmacist in the daily operation of the pharmacy and provide clinical and dispensing functions
- You will assure the department's services comply with policies and regulatory agencies
- You'll frequently collaborate with interdisciplinary work teams
- And you'll also coordinate strategic goal, project, and program implementations that affect the department
- Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Three (3) years' experience
- MBA or Pharmacy Residency in lieu of two (2) years experience
- Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
