Job Details:

1. Provides comprehensive urology services on an outpatient basis to all patients, including evaluations, clinical analysis, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy recommendation.
2. Evaluates and treats patients with genitourinary disorders of the kidneys, bladder, adrenal glands, and male reproductive organs.

The urologist will complete urological testing appropriately incorporating laboratory tests radiological studies diagnostic exams such as cystoscopies in the clinic setting perform endoscopic laparoscopic surgical procedures when appropriate abdominal pelvic or retroperitoneal surgeries work with medical administrative leadership creating discrete service line approaches specific urological problems where indicated participate in quality assessment quality improvement initiatives peer review when appropriate performs consultations other care providers evaluates local treatment referral higher level care assists building aurology servicemeeting population needs guides healthcare teamproviders providing qualitycare
