Part-Time Grounds Person for Apartment Complex-

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

HOURS - 20 Hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 8AM-Noon, this is NOT a seasonal position - it is year-round.

Job description:

We are hiring for a part-time groundskeeper to work a total of 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves
• Shoveling/Salting in the winter months
• Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary
• Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements
• Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after
• Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• Must have prior general grounds experience and basic mechanical aptitude
• Must be reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Valid driver's license is required
