Supports the analytical needs of client engagements. Produces analysis addressing client-specific requirements.

In coordination with Crisis24 EIS Managers, and in accordance with appropriate guidance:

actively monitors open-source media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel; open-source intelligence collection and analysis of regional trends and events to provide timely, comprehensive, customized intelligence products to decision makers; develops client-specific intelligence products including, but not limited to: Travel Threat Assessments, Location Threat Assessments (Neighborhood-, City-, or Country-level), Site Threat Assessments, Event Threat Assessments, Requests for Intelligence, Daily Incident Assessments or Intelligence Products, Threat Forecasting, Scenario Forecasting, Social Media Monitoring, Online Exposure Assessments; liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns, and understand the client's operational footprint; manages client expectations by understanding the EIS team's product offerings and limitations; Establishing and maintaining positive professional rapport with other analysts and SME as well as client contacts; supports manager in tracking metrics around production; and assists in managing emergency incidents by using judgment and skills in accordance with commonly accepted incident management best practices and client policies and procedures.

This position will be supporting the NFL and is located on-site at Mt. Laurel, NJ.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
At least 3 years' experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response or a related field required
Excellent research skills and the ability to mentor analysts in how to research and evaluate sources.
Exceptional analytic writing skills and the ability to mentor other analysts in analytic writing.
Excellent verbal briefing skills and the ability to mentor other analysts in verbal briefing.
Ability to mentor other analysts in analytic skills.
Subject matter expertise in a location, security-related topic, or analytic process a bonus.
Customer service experience required; ability to support complex engagements a plus.
Experience overseeing other analysts' work a plus.
Experience leading projects with several other analysts.
Effective problem-solving skills and multi-task.
Fast learner and ability to multitask.
Ability to organize and prioritize work with little supervision.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Google Earth and Maps.

Work conditions:
Office setting and machine use. Sitting, standing, walking, hearing, speaking, reading, writing.

Note:
Flexible hours and work days are required to meet Crisis24 core 24/7 mission.
Required to be available to travel to client locations as needed.
