    Job Description

    A manager at Chick-fil-A assists the director team in all aspects of shift management, ensuring an outstanding experience for every restaurant guest. They supervise entire shifts and may open or close the restaurant in the director's absence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensures Team Members accurately prepare orders by following recipes and reading tickets.
    • Guarantees accurate weights and measurements for all recipe items.
    • Maintains restaurant speed of service guidelines.
    • Ensures workstations are clean at all times.
    • Cashiers follow cash handling procedures at all times.
    • Executes proper security and cash handling procedures.
    • Maintains dining room, restroom, parking lot, and facility cleanliness.
    • Addresses guest issues and consults with management on complex issues.
    • Maintains positive relationships with employees and treats them with respect while providing direction and feedback.
    • Communicates employee performance and policy violations to management.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 16+ years old.
    • Previous customer service experience preferred.
    • Previous leadership experience an asset.
    • Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and great customer skills.
