**Summary**
Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. (CES) is an award-winning, self-performing provider and recognized leader in Design-Build, Mechanical Contracting, and Plumbing. CES provides a full range of advanced HVAC commercial, healthcare, and industrial services, including mechanical engineering design, mechanical construction, plumbing, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), preventative maintenance, system maintenance, repairs, and replacement.
The Service Sales Representative (SSR) will be responsible for growing our HVAC replacement projects and maintenance service business. Additionally, the SSR will be marketing and selling to facility owners and managers in various non-residential markets including but not limited to, healthcare, commercial property management, local government, industrial, and hospitality. A large concentration for this role will be to focus on developing long-term customer relationships while maximizing account penetration and customer retention.
**Essential Duties**
Prospect new customers and convey the company's value proposition
Maintain a sales approach that conveys the value and impact that CES services can provide the customer's business and facility
Develop positive relationships with key contacts within the industry
Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all levels
Concentrated customer service sales efforts by understanding specific services needed, as they are currently, as well as forthcoming for each individual customer
Coordinate interactions between clients and other CES departments
Identify and determine sales opportunities for company products
Develop positive relationships with key contacts within the industry
Develop and maintain sales reports to track progress and ensure 100% customer satisfaction on all levels
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
**Non-Essential Duties**
Willingness to learn to grow within the department in advanced sales, financial technical, and energy-conservation skills
Use self-initiative to remain current with industry trends (engage in webinars, virtual conferences, educational reading, etc.)
**Experience**
Previous experience in commercial facilities, HVAC, or energy sustainability services
Experience and proven track record of performance and value selling in building services
Verifiable business-to-business (B2B) customer relationship management and retention
**Education**
A High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree, Business School or equivalent is preferred

Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities
Display high professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Demonstrate punctuality, as well as schedule flexibility when needing to work late due to business demands
Excellent account management skills and tools
Able to apply estimating skills, such as; mathematics, data analysis, and critical thinking during customer communications
Strong level of HVAC application knowledge
**Licenses/Certifications**
Valid Florida Driver's License is required
Incumbent must be insurable at all times by CES insurance carrier
