    If you are a Planning and Master Scheduling leader looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an opportunity for you Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will work in a dynamic environment while leading and collaborating with local and global teams to set lead-times, improve and standardize processes, schedule the factory, establish the forecast and operations plan and develop a dedicated team.

    In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

    • Oversee the North Americas Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process
    • Lead a team consisting of Demand Planners, Production Planners, Master Schedulers
    • Lead or participate in local and global process improvement teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (production, engineering, supply chain, customer care) to develop processes to provide valid lead-times

    For This Role, You Will Need:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Eight (8) years' related experience
    • Confirmed leadership and management skills
    • ERP knowledge, especially Oracle
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Ability to work on site
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this position

    Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
    • MBA
    • Minimum four (4) years' experience leading and managing a team
    • APICS training / certification
    • Experience working in a heavily matrixed organization
    • Local to the Twin Cities metro area
