- Develop and monitor staff infrastructure to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
- Review complex MFIP cases and make determinations on eligibility, services, sanctions, etc.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across employment counselors.
- Identify opportunities to improve Hired's approach to job preparation, placement, and retention.
- Data analysis skills and proficiency with data management software
- Use technology, digital platforms and tools in effective program design and service delivery.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This position is a member of Hired's Senior Leadership team and is responsible for strategic, visionary, and all aspects of operational leadership for Hired's MFIP Programs.
This Director position is responsible for MFIP services across the Twin Cities, in both Hennepin and Ramsey Counties and leads six direct reports, with an indirect team of 35-45 and a financial portfolio of approximately $5 million.
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking leader to continue to transform our work into a catalyst for change and upward economic mobility.
