    Description
    • 40 hours per week, flexible hours Between 7am-7pm Monday - Friday, and may include weekend hours
    • Must be able to use your own vehicle during work hours for travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk
    • Pay rate will be $22.50 per hour

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services preferred
    • Minimum of two years' experience working with persons with ID/DD or Autism, preferably in a vocational setting
    • Valid driver's license and vehicle in good driving condition
    • Must maintain liability insurance on vehicle at all times
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and use your own vehicle during work hours (reimbursed for mileage)
    • Sales and/or Marketing experience a plus
    Job Responsibilities Include:
    • Conduct & oversee "Discovery" and "Job Development" for assigned individuals to include finalized reports, development of situational assessments and job development opportunities.
    • Create individualized visual resumes for those enrolled in the program.
    • Provide ongoing assessment & oversight of the individuals to determine level of support required.
    • Autonomously engage in development related activities to include attendance at fairs / expos, networking events and oversee & facilitate potential employment and volunteer opportunity meetings with businesses.
    • Coordinate and conduct outreach activities resulting in community partnerships related to employment.
    • Monitor productivity to ensure at least 70% of work hours are billable.
    • Ensure ongoing, regulatory based action with regard to billing.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance and agency policy and procedures with regard to incident reporting.
    • Provide assistance with job coaching coverage in the absence of staff.
