    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team.

    The selected candidate will primarily focus on handling business/real estate litigation and creditors' rights matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
    Manage a diverse caseload of business/real estate litigation and creditors' rights matters, from inception to resolution.
    Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare legal memoranda and briefs.
    Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
    Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure efficient case management.
    Stay informed about changes in relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting the practice areas.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    2-4 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation preferred.
    Proven experience handling business/real estate litigation and creditors' rights matters.
    Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
