- Automation and Controls engineer position.
- Experience with Allen Bradley controls PLCs specifically studio 5,000 is a must-have.
- Good Knowledge of Ethernet connections, IT, IP, and networking.
- Familiar with FDA regulatory requirements, change control, documentation, and validation.
- Combination of two primary tasks. First one is returning equipment to production; emergency support, and helping troubleshoot to diagnose and address root causes to get machines returned to production.
- Second one is the heavy task: They will work on 3 major projects with significant validation work. Some are brand new machines and this control engineer will help in getting this machines running and get them programmed in a way that applications can be tested and updates can be made as necessary.
- Ability to read IEC and NCE documents (Electrical schematics).
- Technician experience will not be applicable here as this is a senior-level role.
- Must come from a regulated environment preferably a medical device.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering degree; Electrical, Mechanical) with 4 plus years of experience.
- Associate degree with 7+ years of experience.
