:We are a group of dedicated and experienced banking professionals, who are committed to delivering a new generation of personalized banking services and to the mission of positively impacting the lives of our customers, communities and associates.
As a summer intern associate, you will work with seasoned banking professionals in our Credit, Administration and Finance Team, among others. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both credit administration as well as client-facing roles. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in banking.
The Summer Internship Program runs Monday, June 10th through Friday, August 16th. Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, mostly on site in the DTC area.
Requirements:1. Real world knowledge of working with customers and bank products/services through exposure to both operation and administration departments and customer-facing roles.
2. Hands on strategizing and planning.
3. Assist in brainstorming and idea planning.
4. Participation in regular staff and department meetings.
5. Execution and delivery of an intern project that offers an innovative resolution to an InBank issue (e.g. efficiency opportunity, teambuilding, etc.).
6. Social networking with various departments and teams.
7. Adhere to and fully comply with any and all InBank policies and procedures related to internal and external rules and regulations, particularly those established by state and federal law.

Other Requirements: Students must be currently enrolled and taking classes in an accredited program or university institution. Undergraduate students with a declared major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field (cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better). Must be at least 18 years of age by the time the program begins. Accounting or finance coursework required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to self-motivate and work independently within a professional setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to details.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service: Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information.
Financial: Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Administrative Duties: Handles office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and re-ordering supplies. Screens phone calls and routes caller to the appropriate party.
Autonomy: Discretion for recognizing and minimizing risk to the bank.
