    Overview :

    Our client an award winning federal integrator. They have an opening for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of project work streams on a project that will assist various government agencies transform how they deliver HR Services. The solution is built on the Oracle PeopleSoft platform and continues to expand its footprint with new modules and new federal agencies.

    This role is ONSITE in Herndon, VA. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders.

    Responsibilities :
    • Lead the overall project of functional analysts, system developers, and change management experts, providing Federal HR and talent transformation expertise
    • Act as the primary customer and stakeholder interface
    • Manage the schedule, cost, and risks of the overall project
    • Troubleshoot issues that arise across the project
    Qualifications :
    • Experience working on mid to large-scale projects of moderate or greater complexity, involving multiple customer stakeholders and a distributed, cross-functional team including subcontractors and part-time
    • Agile management experience (e.g., as a scrum master, scrum business analyst, etc)
    • Project management experience (e.g., as project manager, or business analyst)
    • 5+ years of experience working directly with State/Federal level clients
    • 5+ years demonstrated experience with project reporting, creating project dashboards
    • Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications
    • Strong analytical skills; ability to research issues and provide solutions
    • Experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements
    • Capacity and willingness to learn complex business rules and apply them to system processes and support
    • Ability to work with MS Office tools such as Ms Office Suite, Power Point, Excel, Ms Word
    • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment.
    • Understanding of Agile fundamentals and Scrum Framework.
    • Bachelors Degree
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
    • Experience with Human Capital Systems is preferred
