Looking for a high-energy, experienced Marketing Director for one of the fastest-growing Fast-Casual hospitality groups in the country.

We want someone who has drive, passion, loves to have fun, and wants to be a part of a company who believes in their people.

This position requires someone with 8-plus years of experience in a marketing position, preferably from the hospitality industry but will look at other segments.

Must have experience with digital marketing, social media, increased traffic analytics, and be able to manage a budget. Job Requirements:
8 + years managing Digital Media for a high-volume company, preferably in the hospitality/entertainment industry.
Experience managing Paid Search campaigns and working with an agency to achieve optimal conversions.
Website Management Expert 8+ years' of managing website content. Experience with Drupal and Sitecore is a plus.
Responsible for compiling Quarterly executive digital reports, inclusive of digital media, web, and social analytics. Ability to interpret results and make recommendations.
Organic Search experience is a plus.
Google Certification is a plus.
Experience leading a team strong leadership and management skills.
Creative thinker, ability to multitask, and pivot as needed.
A broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.
Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
Ability to solve complex problems.
