Job Summary

The Manufacturing Associate collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department manager to produce quality processes that meets or exceeds IPC standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare circuit boards for the coating process
  • Manually apply conformal coating to circuit boards with an HVLP spray gun
  • Apply adhesives to circuit boards
  • Able to work with chemicals
  • Inspect and quality check work to ensure that products meet all customer and regulatory requirements/li>Communicate quality issues to the appropriate team and manager as needed/li>Contribute to a positive team working environment and maintain a clean organized area
