- Optimizing Our Fleet: Evaluate needs and manage vehicle acquisition, negotiating procurement to meet organizational goals.
- Ensuring Reliability: Implement preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and manage vendor relationships for optimal performance.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety policies, provide driver training, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and keep operations financially sound.
- Tech Integration: Lead integration of fleet management software and technology solutions for improved efficiency.
- Environmental Responsibility: Spearhead eco-friendly practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Experience: Proven track in fleet management or related fields (7-10 years in purchasing or similar field), with strong leadership and communication skills.
