Our firm excels in exploring streamlined practices and integrating technology into workflows. We specialize in alternative delivery models, including design-build and public-private partnerships, to diversify revenue streams. Current projects are with public clients with higher education and science & technology focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Architect:

Scope: Manage small to large-scale projects, guiding teams through the design and construction phases.
Collaboration: Foster a diverse, collaborative culture, inspire confidence, and maintain client trust.
Leadership: Lead project design and technical submissions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Project Monitoring: Oversee design and construction processes, maintain project schedules, and control budgets.
Expertise: Monitor adherence to building code regulations and sustainability standards like LEED.

Credentials & Experience:

Project Architect:

Experience: 8+ years in design and construction, 5+ years managing complex projects exceeding $50 million.
Education: Master's degree in Architecture; NCARB certification required.
Preferred Skills: BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet
