Position Overview:

Your role is to consistently meet quality and timeliness standards while cleaning resort property units. As a Housekeeper, you will ensure alignment with our company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Maintain a high standard of excellence
• Strip units of soiled linens
• Remove trash from units
• Clean units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
• Report cleaned units as vacant and ready for inspection
• Report maintenance issues following company procedures
• Notify of damages, stains, or missing items
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage spaces
• Participate in training sessions and apply the lessons learned
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Quickly address guest complaints
• Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure units are turned over on time

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, yet not required
• Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Decision-making and planning skills
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Personal punctuality and reliability
• Strong passion for cleanliness
• Robust work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Availability to work irregular hours

Work Environment:

• This job may involve exposure to odors/dust, cleaning chemicals, and/or laundry chemicals.

The Housekeeper's job description is not exhaustive and may include additional tasks as assigned by MasterCorp Management.

Physical Requirements:

This position regularly requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Employees must satisfy the essential functions of the position, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
