    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager in charge of Quality and Engineering departments. The Manager will ensure quality of products and processes, ensuring compliance with ISO/AS Standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, quality management and data analysis and performance metrics.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct quality audits to identify and address potential issues in manufacturing processes.
    • Analyze data to ensure compliance with ISO/AS Standards.
    • Develop and implement quality control systems to prevent defects and ensure product reliability.
    • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for Quality and Engineering personnel.
    • Implement and maintain a quality management system.
    • Collaborate with HR regarding training to production staff on quality procedures and standards.

    Requirements:

    • 10 years experience in manufacturing operations.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality control or a related field.
    • Proven experience in quality assurance and QMS in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with quality management systems and their implementation.
