    As a Process Manager - Electronics Procurement,

    Develop and Utilize Metrics in decision making process.
    Drive Change Management at both the Supply Chain Dept and WNY Site level

    Connect with other disciplines within the SDG WNY Site, the East Aurora Campus and across entire Space & Defense Group, creating a collaborative, learning environment.

    Support the evolution of the Lean Management System and Value Stream Approach within the SDG WNY site.

    Manages the Purchase Order Cycle (Demand signal to goods accepted in stock) to successfully meet business unit and program requirements for quality, cost, and schedule.

    Requirements Flow Down and Verification
    Adherence to Compliance Regulations
    Familiarity with FAR and DFARS requirements
    Bid and Proposal Support
    Price Analysis
    Supplier Evaluation, Selection and Risk Mitigation
    Negotiating skills to protect Moog interests and facilitate agreements on technical and contractual matters.
    Understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and requirements
    Facilitates effective communication and clearly defines group strategies, initiatives, and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in business or technical discipline required.
    Minimum five years supply chain experience, and quality/manufacturing/engineering.
    Progressive growth / responsibilities related to implementing continuous improvement activities utilizing lean techniques, process improvement and variation reduction.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Moog Supply Chain experience
    • MBS knowledge
    • Technical background in electronics
    • Leadership experience

    This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.

    The base pay range for this opportunity is $111,110. - $176,000. per year.

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location.

    Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
