- Greets patients and visitors and makes them feel welcome.
- Answers multi-line phone system.
- Verifies and enters patient demographics and copies/scans insurance cards.
- Maintains an adequate supply of progress notes, medication logs, new patient registration sheets, release of medical record sheets, and all other forms contained within the medical record.
- Full Time, 40 hours/week
- 8am to 5pm
- Day Shift
- Float position covering offices in Bowling Green, North Baltimore, and Deshler.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
- Prior medical office experience preferred

The Medical Office Receptionist is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering telephones, entry of patient demographic and insurance information, organizing charts, filing, and routine correspondence.
