- Supervise program operations within the assigned group home, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
- Manage the budget of the home, optimizing resources to support programmatic goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of child-care workers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Coordinate the delivery of program services, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of clients and their families.
- Cultivate relationships with service professionals, clients, families, neighbors, and the broader community to promote understanding and support for our mission.
- Minimum age of twenty-one (21) years.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a human services field.
- Three (3) years of experience working with the client population.
- Previous supervisory experience of child-care workers is required, with direct care experience with adolescents and their families preferred.
