- Support the strategic planning of the Maintenance department by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
- Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it. including maintenance repair
- Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
- Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
- Ensures minimum equipment downtime for production by developing a TPM plan
- Ensures proper Preventive Maintenance (PM) is completed for production to have the maximum equipment uptime possible
- Works with Engineering group for equipment install or relocation within local sites
- Organizes repair of production material handling hardware
- Manages stock room in all aspects (inventory, cost, etc)
- Ensures that all requirement for IATF16949 are being met for maintenance functions
- Monitors Maintenance personal to ensure that all safety regulations are being followed
- Works with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) to improve safety procedures and in plant environment
- Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Business Mgt or work equivalency in a related field
- Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Industrial Safety, and PLC experience for 3-5 years
- Experienced in MS Office, SAP, and Auto CAD
