    THE JOB:

    As a Baggage Handler on the Bell Desk team, you play a pivotal role in crafting the guest experience through your warm demeanor and attentive service. Positioned at the main drive, you'll be there to support guests with their luggage whenever necessary as they are arriving on property. By empathizing with their individual journeys and needs, you take ownership of their experience, aiming to generate memorable moments and lasting impressions that extend well beyond their time with us.

    THE STARTING RATE: $16.4064/hr Plus Tips.

    THE DAY-TO-DAY:

    • Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requested.
    • Bring luggage in or out for hotel guests.
    • Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff.
    • Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

    • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with guests.
    • Previous experience in bell desk or similar customer service roles.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
    • Comfortable with working outside in various weather conditions.
    • Capable of assisting with lifting luggage as required.
    • Flexibility to work various hours/shifts as needed per on call status.
