    Shifts Available and Hours:


    Monday – Friday

    While primarily a Monday thru Friday role, flexibility for off-shift and weekends should be understood as necessary for assignment completion on occasion.

    Job Summary:


    The Pack Leader will assume oversight of packing personnel, CTL operators, and crane operators, with a primary objective of enhancing productivity across these three crucial teams. Additionally, they will actively collaborate with the Extrusion Team, Shipping Team, Planning, and Quality Team to ensure seamless coordination and efficient movement throughout the production process.

    Required Education/Experience:

    • Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience
    • Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English

    Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

    • Effective/professional communication skills.
    • Ability to use and navigate Microsoft outlook efficiently.
    • Knowledge of operating/database systems; Oracle and SCS
    • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead a larger team.
