    This role will be part of the Asset Management team that is responsible for managing, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of a $90B+ portfolio of largely transitional commercial real estate loans.

    This role will involve working closely with the Situs Asset Management Team and Servicing team to deliver accurate, timely and consistently high-quality services.

    The incumbent should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills and a basic understanding of real estate finance, terminology and performance metrics.


    Essential Job Functions:
    Model new assets in loan performance models that report historical and projected cash and P&L.

    This may involve making customizations of template based on negotiated loan terms, and coordination with underwriters, servicing, and asset management.

    Review and summarize deliverables and milestones provided under loan documents and enter those requirements in an Asset Management-focused Access database
    Spread financial statements
    Loan to value, debt yield and debt service coverage ratio analyses
    Prepare monthly asset-level reports in Excel
    Gather market data in terms of rent, occupancy, absorption, sales trends, etc.
    Support asset management team in their daily responsibilities
    Assist in preparation of quarterly collateral valuations
    Assist in preparation of various ad-hoc reports
    Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

    Qualifications/ Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related subjects or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
    Experience in CRE debt asset management, ideally with exposure to hotels or construction loans preferred
    Experience with VBA and Access very helpful; experience with Argus desirable, but not required
    Strong analytical and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Excel including the ability to perform cash flow analyses.
    Must be able to work efficiently with large datasets to process and present results as requested
    Ability to work in a team environment, to think independently and generate quality work product
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
    Adhere to processes and procedures but suggest and implement improvements when warranted
    Attention to detail is a must
    Strong business writing, presentation and interpersonal skills

    Special Requirements:
    The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

    The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($46,800 - $80,000).

    Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.

    Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.

    SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
