Compensation

Job Description

This role involves finding, screening, and attracting applicants for open positions. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish, including advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and working with hiring managers to find the best fit.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed, as well as an outgoing and friendly personality. You should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work comfortably in a team setting. Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, restaurant, or staffing is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include reviewing high volumes of resumes daily, answering inbound calls, scheduling interviews, conducting new hire orientations, and ensuring all pre-employment paperwork is completed. You will also be responsible for ensuring all employees have proper safety equipment and that employee files are accurate.
