This regional dry van position is built for drivers who want steady money without running coast to coast. You'll stay in a defined operating area, run predictable lanes, and still earn top-tier weekly pay—without NYC, without chaos, and without touching freight.
The Run
- Dedicated regional-style operation
- Loads originate from Navarre, OH or Pendleton, IN
- Operating area includes:
- OH, MI, Western PA, Upstate NY (no NYC), VA, WV, KY, NC, IL, IN, Lower WI
- Typical schedule: 5.5 days out / 34-hour weekly reset (Weekends not guaranteed)
Pay & Miles
- $1,500 weekly average (top drivers earn $1,700+)
- $0.57–$0.64 CPM based on verified experience
- 2,200+ miles every week
- Annual earnings up to $78,000
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
Freight & Equipment
- 100% no-touch dry van
- Mix of drop & hook and live unload
- Late-model 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth tractors
Additional Pay
- Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
- Layover or breakdown: $100/day
- Performance bonus: up to +3 CPM
- Paid orientation

What You'll Do
- Operate safely on dedicated regional lanes
- Handle drop & hook and live unload freight
- Complete inspections, logs, and trip planning
- Follow DOT and company safety standards
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3+ months recent tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and road test
- Strong time management skills
