Job Description

Link Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager (Senior-Level) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA.
Must be a US Citizen

The IT Program Manager will assume comprehensive responsibility for the program's operations, ensuring meticulous oversight of diverse functions such as technical and engineering support, cybersecurity measures, IT operations, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), telecommunications, and systems management.

This role encompasses the facilitation of operations, maintenance, and enhancement of current and forthcoming governmental IT infrastructures. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to our dedicated team and foster robust partnerships with our governmental clientele.

Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.
Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.
Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.
Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.
Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.
Serve as thesenior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.
Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.
Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

Must be a US citizen.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a T3 secret clearance.
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Management experience in the IT field (Combined technical and project).
Experience as a Project Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience in an IT help desk-centric environment.

Experience in information technology that includesareas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN) /Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, SharePoint, virtual machines, and video teleconferencing.

Preferred:
Active T3 security clearance
Knowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Centeroperations.
Experience leading programs of 30+ technical staff.
PMP (Project Management Professional)Certification.
Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
