    Company Description

    Breeo, a premium outdoor living brand (smokeless fire pits, live-fire grills, furniture and accessories), is seeking an onsite (Lancaster, PA)Event Coordinator/Project Manager. This role is the operational lead for creative and field marketing initiatives, responsible for the implementation of creative and event output. The manager will coordinate internal and external partners to ensure all deliverables, from video productions to branded events, are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors.

    Responsibilities :

    • Content Production Management: Coordinate logistics, resources, crew, and locations for shoots and events, ensuring successful execution within budget according to the Creative Director's vision.
    • Event & Trade Show Execution: Oversee end-to-end execution of physical events and trade shows, managing on-site logistics, talent coordination, and ensuring real-time social content capture to support Brand and EComm efforts.
    • Production Budget Management: Determine project-specific budgets, track creative and event expenditures, and proactively communicate budget changes with the Creative Director.
    • Creative Package Implementation: Manage the production and deployment of event graphics and oversee the creation and distribution of event collateral. Ensure all physical assets and products used at shoots, events, and trade shows 
    • Production Calendar Management: Streamline the creation of the 2026 creative deliverables, maintain a marketing production calendar across all teams (Brand, Creative, EComm, and Sales), and coordinate Pro Team event schedules.

    Qualifications:

    • Production & Event Experience: Proven track record in organizing resources for complex commercial shoots and executing large-scale events or trade shows
    • Operational Budgeting: Strong financial acumen with experience determining and managing project-level budgets for creative teams
    • Team Coordination: Demonstrated ability to cross-functionally collaborate with internal teams and manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as event partners and vendors
    • Strategic Execution: Ability to move projects through a high-velocity workflow while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards and quality control
    • Logistical Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery of all assets
    • Must be located in Lancaster, PA area
    • Willing to travel (Company sponsored)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
