Makes and serves coffee espresso drinks and related food and beverage items for customers Ensures customer satisfaction and good public relations through efficient use of resources and positive interactions Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations Maintains sanitation orderliness of all equipment supplies utensils Greets customers courteously interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication assisting in the buying decision-making process Enters orders accurately into POS device accepts cash charge payments Ensures proper food preparation using approved recipes following prescribed production standards
- Makes espresso drink orders.
- Ensures proper presentation portion control maintenance serving temperatures follows HACCP standards.
- Maintains cleanliness service area replenishes condiments beverages general supplies.
