    The Driver will load and unload materials, transporting them between company work sites using private roads and public highways. This position requires a commercial driver's license (CDL).

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Operate medium to large sized trucks, transporting materials as required.
    • Load and unload trucks, utilizing other equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
    • Secure cargo for transport, employing rope, blocks, or covers as needed.
    • Obtain proper documentation prior to moving materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Collect delivery instructions from relevant sources, verifying the information and routes.
    • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections, reporting any defects, damage, or required repairs.
    • Maintain basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including adding oil, fuel, or fluids as necessary.
    • Keep records of working hours or vehicle maintenance, adhering to applicable state and federal regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Able to meet all physical demands of the job.
    • Possess all necessary tools.
    • Expected to work at heights and in confined spaces, exceeding 200 ft if necessary.
    • Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends based on workload requirements.
    • Comply with all safety and project rules, performing other duties as assigned.
