We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and testing for various software applications.
The candidate will be responsible for responding to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying potential solutions for resolving issues, prioritizing and managing multiple open issues, and documenting steps and progression from issue to resolution.
