JOB TITLE
Quantitative Business Analyst (Quant BA)

Location: 100% remote but would love someone local to DMV

Interview Process:
two step

Quantitative modeling skills

BA, QA

Take a model requirement, do model testing, make sure model is working, interpretate results, interpret risks, provide independent perspective

Excellent communication skills – translate tech language in plain English for business

They will be responsible for testing multiple models – so background in Python

Large, small, structured, unstructured data

Some manual, some automated

Fully remote, great if local to DMV

2 interviews

12+ months

Must be able to document modeling application functionality in business terms.
Must be able to validate model requirements are implemented correctly per business requirements.
Will be responsible for building a comprehensive test suite to validate all existing component models. Test suite must be built in a frame that allows for execution in each release cycle.
Knowledgeable in the components of various financial models
Excellent technical skills in Python, SAS, and R. Must be comfortable working with various data formats – flat files, structured/unstructured data
Strong communications skills in writing, presentations, and leading conversations.
