    Job Summary

    You will create, manage, and present financial and operational reports for the PSEG Corporate Real Estate Facilities & Security department.

    Assist in business planning efforts, operational performance benchmarking, consolidating, analyzing, and communicating information relating to real property rights revenue and payments, reimbursement, and O&M and Capital cost projections.

    Job Responsibilities

    Perform analysis of Corporate Real Estate Facilities & Security departmental budget performance and other cost drivers and identify business opportunities and assess business risks.

    Prepare Corporate Real Estate forecast, monthly closing reports and monthly management reports. Support Corporate Real Estate business plan development, including scorecard metrics. Take lead role on researching and analyzing numerous business planning assumptions. Process, track & review invoices from vendors and customers. Coordinate with vendors and rectify discrepancies & aging balances. Prepare internal reports for Service Company billing and forecast.

    Provide lease contract management support including but not limited to tenant reimbursements, and the reconciliation of building operating expense charges, and associated recommendation for approval.

    Required Qualifications, Competencies, Education or Experience

    • BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or 3 years relevant experience.
    • Strong proficiency in the following: SAP (or similar financial application), Excel, PowerPoint and Ariba (or similar procurement application)
    • Proven analytic skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to present technical information to non technical stakeholders
    • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/management
    • Ability to work independently and in a high pressure, time constrained environment.
