We are looking for a full-time Crisis Specialist Supervisor to add to our team All you need is a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited four-year college or university and 2 years' experience in child welfare.

A Day in The Life as a Crisis Specialist Supervisor

As a Crisis Specialist Supervisor, you supervise the Crisis Support Workers assigned to each area. Crisis Support Workers provide after-hours and weekend on-call support to the staff in the Permanency Services Program. They promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Program, participate in staff meetings and trainings and coordinate with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services. committees and workgroups.
