    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our web development team at Renewed Vision. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our development team, architecting scalable solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, Laravel/Django/Rails, and React/JavaScript/TypeScript. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
    • Architect scalable solutions that balance functionality, performance, and scalability.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
    • Create, review, and approve technical designs and implementations.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years professional experience as a software engineer in a work environment.
    • 3+ years Laravel/Django/Rails professional experience in a work environment.
    • 2+ years application design/architecture experience.
    • Advanced knowledge of React/JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS.
    • Advanced knowledge of database architecture and design.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail.
    • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours of 9am to 5pm.

    Estimated Salary

    $120,000 per year.
