POSITION SUMMARY Mountain Family Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center located on the Western Slope of Colorado.
We are seeking a part time to full time Family Medicine physician to care for some of our most complex patients in our integrated care clinics alongside our highly qualified medical providers and members of our dental and behavioral health teams.
Although prenatal experience is preferred, prenatal care is not a requirement of the position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (Listed in descending order of importance)
