    Location: Northern Virginia/Remote

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Primary responsibility will be to function as an Information Technology Engineer assisting with internal tenant administration.
    • Assisting and supporting end-users with technical issues and questions related to software systems and applications to include but not limited to, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, Apple and Android OS, and specialized applications via multiple support channels including phone, email, chat sessions, web forms, and other communication methods available.
    • Research and build solutions that provide better accessibility and security for the company.
    • Managing user accounts and group memberships via Active Directory as well as shared drive permissions to ensure accurate recording of work performed according to business processes and standard operating procedures (SOP)
    • Coordinate with teams to understand capability needs.
    • Applying basic troubleshooting, issue isolation & diagnostic techniques to identify technical problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions, or escalate tickets in accordance with existing SOPs, work instructions & knowledge articles
    • Perform the design and requirements analysis of data visualizations and COTS appliances for capability enhancements.
    • Identify software and hardware dependencies and capacities.
    Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 deployment, configuration, and support.
    • Ability to acquire Microsoft certifications.
    • Experience in troubleshooting and being able to clearly explain solutions to clients.
    • US citizenship.
    • 1-3 years of previous experience as an IT professional.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Willing to consult with clients and provide simple and timely solutions
    • Strong written skills and detailed orientated
    • Ability to work in an aggressive and dynamic team environment.
    • Ability to interpret security policy and guidance and provide assistance to staff.
    • Ability to respond to emergencies.
    • Ability to juggle competing demands and prioritize work.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams.
    Desired Skills:
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Platform
    • Experience in Cloud Technologies and cloud administration.
    • Experience interacting with cross functional project teams including Software Development, Test, and Security.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Purview, or Microsoft Intune.
    • Drive to learn and interest in the IT and compliance environment.
