    Description
    job summary:
    Facilities Engineer needed for a client just North of Cincinnati. In this role you'll be responsible for documenting, maintaining, planning, and improving the building, utilities and equipment according to applicable regulations assigned budgets and production requirements. Salary for this role will be based on experience.

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university;

    3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Experienced with mechanical and electrical systems

    HVAC and Plumbing experience

    responsibilities:
    o Maintain and develop site and plant layouts, electrical, mechanical, fire protection and HVAC prints under general direction of Facilities Management.

    o Improvement of processes, and procedures such as: Capital Requests, Equipment operation and start-up procedures, lock out tag out procedures, and preventative maintenance schedules under the direction of Facilities Management.
