The Office Manager is an integral member of the Center for Academic Success and Scholars Programs.

Our programs provide resources, and services that encourage all students to realize their academic potential and increase college access and success for students from historically under-served communities.

As Office Manager, you will help create a welcoming and inclusive office environment, support department-level planning, communications, human resources and business processes, and provide regular reports on student participation and progress.

You will implement communications campaigns and monitor web and social media, assist with event production, outreach and promotional materials.

Our staff create and carry out the Center for Academic Success' mission, which includes a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.

Supervised by the Director of the Center for Academic Success.

Associate's degree and one to three years of related experience. Proficiency using online resources, word processing and spreadsheet software. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to coordinate multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills to include the ability to work positively and effectively with persons from diverse backgrounds, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
