The Inbound Marketing Coordinator serves as a key team member to help meet hiring goals through thoughtful inbound marketing strategies.

Responsibilities of Inbound Marketing Coordinator Manage the delivery of digital content, including blogs, career insights / guides, white papers, job postings, video content, etc.) for the purpose of lead generationCreate and manage outreach (email / text automation) marketing campaignsCreate and manage lead nurturing workflowsWork with internal Partners and recruiting staff to achieve hiring / placement goals through digital marketing.

Champion and manage technical aspects of the marketing automation software (Loxo, Hootsuite, MailChimp, Google Add PPC, Google Analytics, ect) used to generate, distribute, and report on leadsCreate and provide regular reports and data analyses using evaluation tools to help shape strategic marketing and inbound lead communications; campaign efforts, evaluate trend analysis, and meet key performance indicator goalsKeep updated with digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities and initiativesOther duties as assignedQualifications Inbound Marketing Coordinator Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism2-3 years related experience in inbound marketing or previous digital marketing internships.
