You will lead and support several working groups responsible for leading technical discussion, resolve and identify risk, requirement gaps, developing briefings, writing, and tracking action items, and authoring meeting minutes.

Provide expertise in system acquisition and transition planning, scheduling, analysis, requirements verification, evaluating technical documentation, and integration for SATCOM programs in the acquisition lifecycleDevelop and/or review various life cycle documentation to include, but not limited to: project reports, briefings, System Transition Plans, Operational Acceptance (OA) and Initial Operational Capability (IOC) Plans, Materiel Fielding Plans (MFP), Depot Maintenance Activation Plans (DMAP), Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), OA/IOC criteria, Integrated Schedules, Agreements, Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation, Development Contractor Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) documents, etc.
Lead and manage system transition to operations process and activities, facilitate timely OA/IOC criteria closure and collect artifacts, assess system modifications/upgrades/changes, evaluate transition readiness against requirements and schedules, monitor progress, identify/assess deficiencies and potential risks, document transition lessons learned for process improvement, and report status with recommendations to the Program OfficeParticipate in and/or facilitate transition planning forums and working groups to include, but not limited to:Transition Management Working Group (TMWG), Integration meetings, Training Planning Team, technical design reviews, etc.
