- Perform Heart Support Assembly Operations:
- Inspect incoming raw material.
- Winding
- Binding
- Sewing
- Inspection of final assembled heart support
- Assure machinery and work areas are clean and always organized.
- Assist peers as necessary / as assigned by Lead Operator
- Document all necessary steps at the time of completion.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to write legibly.
- Ability to read and comprehend directions.
- Strong initiative / self-starter
- Attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Preferred experiences include:
- 2 years Production experience
- Good Manufacturing Practices / ISO experience
- Use of Work Instructions / Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to sew / ability to be trained to sew with precision detail.
- Strong attendance record
