At EMSL Analytical, we are seeking a Credit and Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform business-to-business collections by contacting delinquent customer accounts.
• Maintain customer files
• Research billing and payment discrepancies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, have at least three years' experience in business-to-business collections, authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
