    Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

    Job Description

    Must-Haves:

    • 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or project management experience.
    • This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
    • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

    Day-to-Day:

    • An enterprise retail company is looking to bring on two Specialty Recruiting Coordinators. The Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Global Specialty Recruiting team. This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. The Recruiting Coordinators for the Global Specialty Recruiting team will have an immediate impact on the experience of our most senior candidates. This person will be the candidates primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.

    This role will influence candidate and client experience by:

    • Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
    • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidates lifecycle from initial contact to start date
    • Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
    • Entering and tracking candidate information in database and ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
    • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
    • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables.
