Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees offering guidance on employee relations conflict resolution and performance management Collaborate with local site leaders to drive business performance create innovative solutions to problems provide a safe inclusive work environment Partner with center of excellences CoEs on matter related to benefits HRIS compensation Serve as liaison between corporate CoEs managers employees problem solving HRIS payroll issues Participate in developing facilitating training for leaders employees policies procedures Conduct workplace investigations manage workplace claims Assist managing Wage Hour compliance California including oversight meal break policies attestation process Administer ensure processes comply federal state local legal requirements government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions maintaining understanding collective bargaining agreements applicable Ensure HR documentation processed timely accurately I-9 documentation transactions policy compliance records Assist ensuring smooth processing payroll benefits issues site level supporting leave administration Qualifications Bachelor degree Human Resources or related field years experience working California Human Resources landscape or related field Proven experience working fast-paced high-growth organization Strong knowledge California employment laws regulations Great attention detail Ability maintain strict confidentiality working confidential records Good communication skills clearly concisely respond inquiries Ability collaborate team environment commitment overall success organization Demonstrative ability showing strong analytical problem-solving skills cognizant adequate response times Strong work ethic high-level integrity needed confidential information Experience transportation plus Local Bay area travel required up <60% Preferred SHRM-CP PHR or California SHRM Certificate We offer competitive compensation comprehensive benefits exceptional growth potential stability professional casual work environment Hallcon equal opportunity employer welcomes applications qualified individuals All qualified applicants receive equal consideration employment regard race color religion gender gender identity expression sexual orientation national origin genetics disability age veteran statusJob description
